Biography:
A side project from Rammstein member Richard Kruspe, Emigrate first became an idea in 2001 but didn`t become possible until 2005 when Rammstein decided to take some time off from recording and touring. A year later subscribers to Rammstein`s email newsletter were offered the Emigrate track "My World" as a free download. In 2007 the gritty, aggressive song landed on the Resident Evil: Extinction soundtrack along with Emigrate`s self-titled debut, released by the German label Motor.
