Biography:
Hailing from Finspång, Sweden, death metal band Facebreaker was formed in 2001 by vocalist Robert Karlsson (ex-Pan-Thy-Monium and Edge of Sanity), guitarists Janne Ivarsson and Mika Lagren, bassist Jonas Magnusson, and drummer Mikael Wassholm. A nostalgic throwback to Scandinavia`s pure death metal of the early-`90s (think Carnage, Entombed, etc.), the band`s debut album, Bloodred Hell, was recorded at famed Black Lounge Studios in the summer of 2003, and issued by Rage of Achilles Records early the following year.
