Release Notes:
Sweethead is a US rock band formed in 2008 by Queens of the Stone Age
guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen and new-on-the-scene lead vocalist Serrina
Sims. Norm Block and Eddie Nappi from Mark Lanegan Band round out the
group.
The bands name is inspired by the David Bowie B-side Sweethead. The
bands first EP is titled The Great Disruptors and was released on July
13, 2009. It included a cover of The Kinks Tired of Waiting for You
which can also be downloaded for free at the bands website. The band
will release their first studio album produced by Troy on November 09,
2009.
